Make it yours.

Selected REDEEMED products can be personalized using the options shown directly on the product listing. Depending on the product, that may include a name, date, short phrase, photo, handwriting, artwork, or another defined option.

How personalization works

Choose the available personalization options on the product page and enter or upload the requested information before adding the item to your cart. Please review everything carefully—especially spelling, capitalization, dates, names, photos, and wording. We make the product using the information you submit.

What we don’t offer

We are not currently accepting requests to design completely new one-off products outside our existing product line. Personalization means making an existing REDEEMED design yours, not starting a brand-new design project from scratch.

Personalized items are final sale

Because personalized and made-for-you items are created specifically for you and cannot reasonably be resold, they are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund because of a change of mind or an error in customer-provided personalization.

If REDEEMED makes a production error, sends the wrong item, or your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we will make it right through an appropriate remake, replacement, or refund.
